1. God loved the world so tenderly
His only Son He gave,
That all who on His name believe
Its wondrous power will save.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son,
That whosoever believeth in Him
Should not perish, should not perish;

2. Oh, love that only God can feel,
And only He can show!
