1 We’ve had our marching orders, and we’re ready for the fight,
We war with sin and Satan, in battling for the right;

But trust our valiant Captain, to guide us in the Way.

And bid them swear allegiance to our mighty King above;
He takes them in his army, and when the fight is done,
