Text: | I'll Have A Mansion Of My Own |

Tune: | [There are mansions awaiting yonder] |
Composer: | Frank H. Stamps |

1 There are mansions awaiting yonder,
Where all the saved ones at last will go,
As the days pass the'ry growing fonder,
For soon my mansion I'll occupy I know;
All my troubles will then be over,
All pain and heartache forever gone,
No more cause then to be a rover,
I'll have a mansion of my own.
Refrain:
Yes, there's a mansion awaiting for me,
Beside the crystal sea,
'Twas built by Jesus, my Savior and King,
That's why His praises now daily I sing;
I know I'm nearing the end of the way,
Soon I will go on home,
Then forever with Christ, my Savior,
I'll have a mansion of my own.
2 Jesus promised before ascending,
A heav'nly mansion He would prepare,
And He promised at His returning,
His faithful children would live with Him up there;
On this promise I am depending,
To see that city, behold His throne,
Comes the judgment, with struggles ending,
I'll have a mansion of my own. [Refrain]
