Representative Text

1 Kind friends, we're glad to meet you,
And we're happy now to greet you,
And we wish a happy evening to you all;
Remember in our meeting
Here we offer kindly greeting,
We give a hearty welcome to you all.

Chorus:
Welcome, welcome,
A welcome now we give to one and all;
Welcome, welcome,
A warm and hearty welcome to you all.

2 Be banished every sadness,
Let each heart be filled with gladness,
As we gather in our social band tonight;
With peace and friendship showing,
And our hearts with love o'erflowing,
We give you all a welcome with delight. [Chorus]
