Representative Text

O God of all reality,
whose daylight conquers night:
be present in our misty dreams,
but even more our sight.

Help us to see the way things are,
and not just how they seem.
Erase the fears that trouble sleep,
and let the sunlight stream.

Dissolve the fog enshrouding us
in doubt and fear and sin,
and let your light evaporate
our darkness from within.

When dreams obscure our common sense
of what we know is true,
enable us to clearly see
the vision that is you.
