1 துன்புற்றோர்க்கு ஆசீர் வரும் பொழுது,
நாம் விண்வீட்டிற்கேகி செல்லும் பொழுது,
இவ்வுலகின் துன்பங்கள் யாதுமின்றி,

நாம் சொல்லுவோமே, அங்கே சென்றதுமே,
நற்காலை அங்கே, ஆம் கிறிஸ்தேசுவே,
நம் ஒளி அங்கே, இரா அங்கில்லையே,
நாமும் இங்கிருந்தே, அங்கு சென்றிடவே,
நல் இரவென்போம், அங்கே நல் காலையே.

2 பகல் சென்றே இராவின் இருள் சூழ்கையில்,
நம் இயேசு நம்மோடே சாவும் சாவல்ல,
நம் கண்ணீரெல்லாம் துடைத்தே அன்பாக,

3 அதோ விண்வீட்டின் ஒளி பிரகாசமாய்,
நாம் அங்கேதான் செல்வோம் நாம் மோட்சத்திற்கே,

Telegraph, however, it was not until she was a widow with eight children to support that she started writing in earnest. She wrote articles, librettos, nature stories and other works, as well as hymns.
