Notes

The notes of a hymn should consist of anything that may be helpful for someone not looking at the hymnal page. Examples include "The refrain of 'Shout to the Lord' paired with a responsive reading from Psalm 65," "five spoken and sung benedictions," or "for the same tune in a higher key, see 395." Notes information should be taken directly from the page, and can apply to any information about the hymn (text, tune, authorship, what have you).
