12. Praise the Lord

1 Praise the Lord, let all within us
Praise His name with sweet accord;
For the comfort of His Spirit,
And the teaching of His word.

Refrain:
Praise the Lord, and give Him glory
For the work His grace has done;
From destruction He redeems us,
Thro’ the blood of Christ the Son.

2 If with all our hearts we seek Him,
We shall find Him at the door;
He will pardon our transgressions,
And remember them no more. [Refrain]

3 Praise the Lord, ye holy angels,
Who fulfill His high command;
Praise Him all ye saints in heaven,
