1 God will take care of me, why should I fear?
Help all-prevailing for me there is near;
Dangers may threaten and evil betide,
These cannot harm me when close to His side.

God will take care of me, this is my song,

2 God will take care of me, praise His dear name,
Darkness and daylight to Him are the same;
His tender mercies forever endure,
