1 By living faith we now can see,
In the most holy place on high,
Jesus, our Advocate and Friend,
Who gave himself for us to die,

2 A Minister of holy things,
At God's right hand exalted high,
He pleads his own, his precious blood,
That chosen Israel may not die.

3 Once was he offered, once for all,
A Sacrifice for guilty man,
What wondrous, what unbounded love
Is seen throughout salvation's plan!

4 All glory to his holy name!
To those who love him will he come
The second time; then to redeem,
And take them to his glorious home.
