researching HW BAKER, 

have artistic engraving done by Karl Smith in 1940's who was with the Dillard Paper Company

in original frame and apparently given as Christmas gift for Christmas 1951,

framed by the Greenbriar Picture Frame Shop in Houston, TX in excellent condition

any information appreciated
