II. The blessed Father's only Son
Chose a Manger for his Throne:
In the mean Vest of Flesh and Bloo,
Was cloathed God, th' eternal Good.

Wants his Mothers swadling Band.
Th' Almighty Word was pleas'd to come
A helpless Infant from the Womb.
