Born: March 2, 1865, Bloomfield, New Jersey. Died: December 8, 1936, New York City.
Carl was director of the Guilmant Organ School, and organist and choirmaster of the Old First Presbyterian Church in New York City. He was active in the early 1900s. His works include:

Novelties for the Organ,
Master-Pieces for the Organ.
