A setting of a sixteenth-century French Noel for unison choir. Written for Two-Part Treble Voices, Oboe or C Instrument (or Clarinet in B-flat), and Harp or Piano, with opt. Handbells. All voices sing Noel on the first and second stanzas. On stanza three, advanced singers or soloist sing a new melody that invites back the full ensemble with renewed energy into the original Noel. An easy optional handbell part, which is played from the score.
