[Mrs. W. A. Camp] Born: June 18, 1863, Boston, Massachusetts. Died: January 15, 1939, Springfield, Missouri. Buried: Maple Park Cemetery, Springfield, Missouri. Camp visited Springfield, Missouri, in 1883, where she met Doctor Walter A. Camp. Two years later, they married, and she moved to Springfield, where she spent the rest of her life. She was a talented artist, poet & writer, contributing many articles and poems to leading magazines.
