Hay, Violet Spiller. (1873--1969). She married Commander the Hon. Gerald Hay in Cape Town, South Africa. She was a Christian Science practitioner and teacher, 1902-1969. She was chair of the committee for the Christian Science Hymnal, 1928-1932, and a committee member through 1955. She published a book of solos, and a book of poems.
