Children, you have gone astray. J. Burton. [Invitation.] Contributed to the Child's Companion, April 1834, in 3 stanzas of 6 lines. In 1840 it was repeated in the Sunday School Union Hymn Book, and again in the author's One Hundred Hymns, 1850. It is given in several modern collections for children.
