Representative Text

1 Do you hear the invitation, “Come to me?”
‘Tis the voice of Him who daily blesses thee;
Turn from sin to love and serve Him evermore,
Christ is worthy, worthy to adore.

Refrain:
Live for Jesus—live for Him!
Gladly serve the loving Saviour,
And His praises sing;
Let thy pow’rs be all united,
Serving Him who loves us all—
Live alone for Christ our King.

2 Life is wasted if our time we do not give
Unto Him who makes our lives worth while to live;
He will bless the common duties of the day—
He will glorify the humblest way. [Refrain]

3 He will ever guide us where we ought to go,
He will lead us where the peaceful waters flow,
Never evil can befall while He is near;
Trusting Jesus, we will never fear. [Refrain]
