Published in 1 hymnal

Representative Text

1 Fear not to treat life's road, dear friend,
Tho' dark it sometimes be;
God's presence shall thy way attend,
His love thy light shall be.

Chorus:
Fear not to tread life's changeful way,
Where'er the path may trend.
God will be with thee day by day,
A never failing Friend.

2 Fear not, tho' cares may oft distress,
Still hand in hand with thee
Thy Father walks, to cheer and bless
Thy soul in mercy free. [Chorus]

3 Fear not, O friend, whate'er may come,
Thou canst not be forgot;
With tender hand he'll lead thee home,
His love will fail thee not. [Chorus]
