Representative Text

1 Grace “more abounding!” O who can tell
Blessings that language and tho’t excell,
Joys that in Jesus forever dwell,
Wonderful riches of grace.

Chorus:
Riches of grace, boundless and free,
In my dear Savior, are promised me;
Riches of grace, boundless and free,
Treasures for time and eternity.

2 Love passing knowledge, so deep, so high;
Love that was willing for me to die;
Love that will lift my poor soul on high,
Wonderful riches of grace. [Chorus]

3 Peace like a river, so broad, so calm,
Bearing for sorrow a healing balm;
Waking the notes of a grateful psalm,
Wonderful riches of grace. [Chorus]

4 Life, as its moments shall onward run,
Bringing its changes of shade and sun;
Strike the glad key, heaven’s song begun,
Wonderful riches of grace. [Chorus]
