Lenehan, Agnes Marie. (Ontario, January 25, 1904--?). Roman Catholic. On joining the Ursuline Order in 1921, she took the name of Sister Mary Edith. She taught elementary classes in Ontario separate schools at Toronto (1933-1948, 1953-1958), Windsor (1958-1961), Stratford (1961-1962), and Chatham (1962-1970), retiring then to her Order's motherhouse in that city. In her teaching she made much use of music, and wrote many hymns for use (from duplicated sheets) in the schools staffed by her Order.
