Representative Text

1 Happy Christian children are we,
Joyous as the birds and free;
For we love the Master’s name,
Love to spread His wondrous fame.

Chorus:
Happy, happy Christian children,
Living for the Master here;
And we love to tell of all His goodness,
Sing His praises far and near.

2 Happy Christian children are we,
Sorrowful we cannot be;
For our sins are washed away,
And our burdens down we lay. [Chorus]

3 Happy Christian children are we,
To our God we bend the knee;
For us all He will provide,
Nothing good is us denied. [Chorus]
