Heavenly Father

1 Heav’nly Father, hear our cry,
In great mercy draw Thou nigh;
Sinful, weak, unholy we,
Help alone must come from Thee.

2 Heav’nly Father, hear our pray’r,
Give assurance of Thy care;
Keep securely ev’ry day,
Guard us all along the way.

3 Heav’nly Father, hear we pray,
Give Thy Spirit day by day;
With Him ever as our guide,
We are safe whate’er betide.
