Representative Text

1 Here in sweet concord united,
Praise to God we sing;
Hymns in His honor indited
Gladly triumphantly sing.
‘Round our Lord’s altar we gather
At His throne we pray,
Thus with our tribute of love we come,
To worship with praising today.

Chorus:
With praising, with praising, we come before His face,
With praising, with praising, we gather in His holy place,
With praising, with praising, His blessed Name we sing;
We come with exultant song, to worship one Lord and King.

2 Give to Him grateful devotion,
Offer thanks above,
Wider than waves of the ocean,
Stretches His wonderful love,
Higher than stars in the heavens,
Reaches now His sway,
So in one heart-felt and thankful song,
We worship with praising today. [Chorus]

3 So in sweet unity blending
All our souls arise,
Giving Him glory unending,
Ringing thro’ earth and thro’ skies,
Then we assemble together,
Thus His call obey,
And in the House of our Lord we meet,
And worship with praising today. [Chorus]
