Freeman, Enoch Weston, p. 389, ii. Freeman was born at Minot, Maine, Dec. 16, 1798. In 1828 he became pastor of the First Baptist Church, Lowell, Massachusetts, where he died suddenly, Sep. 22, 1835. He edited a Selection of Hymns, 1829-31, to which he contributed 7 of his own.
