Happy Day

Representative Text

1 I can hear my Savior calling,
I can hear my Savior calling,
I can hear my Savior calling,
Take thy cross and follow, follow me.

Refrain:
'Tis the old time religion, 'tis the old time religion,
'Tis the old time religion, and it's good enough for me.
When I rise to brighter worlds unknown,
I'll behold my Savior on His throne.
O happy day, O happy day,
When Jesus washed my sins away;
O happy day, eternal day,
When I shall go with Him to stay.

2 Where He leads me I will follow,
Where He leads me I will follow;
He will give me grace and glory,
I'll go with Him, with Him all the way. [Refrain]
