Representative Text

1 I could not live without my Saviour,
For He is all the world to me;
He is my Guide thro’ ev’ry danger,
He is my hope eternally.

Refrain:
I could not live without Him,
He is my truest friend;
O may I never doubt Him,
But trust Him to the end.

2 I could not live without my Saviour,
He is my help from day to day;
His friendship is my sweetest solace,
His strength my everlasting stay. [Refrain]

3 I could not live without my Saviour,
There is no other one so kind;
He knows how hard has been the battle,
In Him alone true peace I find. [Refrain]

4 I could not live without my Saviour,
O sinner, trust His grace and love;
In Him alone is peace and comfort,
He brought salvation from above. [Refrain]
