Representative Text

1 I have perfect peace today,
All my sins are washed away;
Hiding ‘neath the crimson blood,
I am reconciled to God.

Refrain:
Under the blood, under the blood,
Pardon and cleansing I found under the blood;
Under the blood, under the blood,
There I forever will hide, under the blood.

2 What a work the Lord has done!
What a work of grace begun!
All my sins are covered o’er;
He remembers them no more. [Refrain]

3 Wondrous is God’s grace to me,
Making me forever free,
Sanctifying me to God,
Thro’ the all prevailing blood. [Refrain]

4 So in gladness I go on,
Till the Master’s work is done,
Trusting in atoning blood,
Walking in the love of God. [Refrain]
