Representative Text

1 I would be from day to day,
More and more like Jesus!
In whate’er I do or say,
More and more like Jesus.

Chorus:
More and more,
More and more,
More and more like Jesus,
More and more,
More and more,
More and more like Jesus.

2 Less of self, and less of pride!
More and more like Jesus!
Nearer to the crucified!
More and more like Jesus. [Chorus]

3 I would from each fault be free!
More and more like Jesus!
I would unto others be
More and more like Jesus. [Chorus]

4 It shall ever be my song,
More and more like Jesus!
Till I join the ransomed throng,
More and more like Jesus. [Chorus]
