Tell it Out

Representative Text

1 If the Lord has justified you,
Tell it out!
If the Lord has sanctified you,
Tell it out!
If He saves your life from sin,
Do not keep the fact within
Tell it to the one beside you–
Tell it out!

Refrain:
Tell it out!
Tell it out!
Tell it to the one beside you,
Tell it out!

2 Is His joy with in you springing?
Tell it out!
Is our heart with in you singing?
Tell it out!
By this means we overcome
And entice the wand'rers home,
Keep the joyful echo ringing–
Tell it out! [Refrain]

3 Are you full of love, my neighbor?
Tell it out!
Have you rest in Christ from labor?
Tell it out!
Is your Saviour good for you?
Then He's good for others, too;
Tell us all about your Saviour;
Tell it out! [Refrain]
