Representative Text

1 In the name of Christ,
with our flag unfurled,
We are marching on
To subdue the world;
To the cross of Christ
Ev’ry foe we’d bring,
And the victory gladly sing.

Chorus:
Marching on with banner bright,
‘Gainst the foe and for the right,
To the cross of Christ
Ev’ry doe we’d bring,
And the victory gladly sing.

2 In the name of Christ,
In His glorious might,
We will forward march
In the holy fight;
In His blessed name
We will meet the foe,
And to victory onward go. [Chorus]

3 In the name of Christ,
When the work is done,
When the battles’ fought,
And the vict’ry won,
We will pass from earth
To our home above,
Thro’ the merit of Jesus’ love. [Chorus]
