Representative Text

1 In the school of God the Lord,
Scholars learn the truth, the way;
Those who sit at Jesus’ feet
Grow in wisdom day by day.

Refrain:
Choose, O choose the better part,
Trust in God with all thy heart.
Choose, O choose the better part,
Trust in God with all thy heart.

2 In the home, the church, the school,
In the busy crowded street,
Learn the lessons God would teach,
Seek His service, true and sweet. [Refrain]

3 Walk in wisdom’s pleasant ways,
Keep the precepts of your God,
Trust His royal promises,
Follow where the Savior trod. [Refrain]
