Krisztus, Lényed Oly Dicső!

Representative Text

1 Krisztus, lényed oly dicső!
Míly jó, hogyha lát a hit!
Fényed áldó, éltető,
Győzd le éjnek árnyait!
Hajnalcsillag, ragyogj rám!
Űzzed el az éjszakám!

2 Vígasz nélkül reggelem,
Bánt, ha tőlem távol vagy!
Munkám Néked szentelem
Áldás nélkül, ó, ne hagyj!
Add meg nékem örömed,
Üdítsd fel a szívemet!

3 Tőled árad minden fény
Jöjj, és költözz szívembe!
Élet, béke, hit, remény
Szereteted töltsön be!
Oszlasd szívem kételyét,
Vesd rám ígéd napfényét!
