Representative Text

1 Life is like the big blue ocean,
We are little ships that sail,
Sometimes under skies of sunshine,
Sometimes in a stormy gale.

Refrain:
But our chart is here in our Guide Book dear,
And our Anchor is sure, you see,
So we sail away, all the night and day,
As safe as safe can be!

2 Flags of hope are gaily waving
As the little ships sail by,
Maybe in the sun they’re shining,
Maybe in the storm they’ll fly. [Refrain]

3 So the little ships go sailing,
So we steer them ev’ry day,
Never leave them idly drifting,
Never let them lose their way. [Refrain]
