During our last fund drive one donor said this: "I love hymns ... If you asked for money, it means you need it! Please keep the work going. And please, accept my widow's mite. God bless you."

She was right. We only ask for money twice a year, and we do so because we need it.

Representative Text

1. Lord, grant your peace upon all here today.
Grant us your love and your truth to light our way.
Lord, grant your peace upon ev’ry living soul.
Grant us your love and your truth that we might know

Peace from God to ev’ryone from now until the sun no longer fills the sky
Peace to all ye children of God, yes peace to each and ev’ryone.

2. Lord, grant your love in the hearts of humankind.
Grant that your way may be shown thru’out our lives.
Lord, grant your truth in all we do where’er we go.
Grant that your way is our own so we might show [Refrain]

3. Lord grant your hope within ev’ry human soul.
Grant us your peace as we face the coming night.
Lord, grant your truth found within the Living Word.
Grant us your strength so we can share with all our might [Refrain]
