Lord, we return our praise to thee

Author: Paul Henkel
Published in 3 hymnals

Representative Text

1 Lord! we return our praise to thee,
O! that we could but thankful be:
The blessing of thy bounteous hand,
Supplies the wants of ev'ry land.

2 By thee, the Lord, our living head,
Our mortal bodies now are fed,
Thy mercy Lord, thy love and grace,
Shall ever be our songs of praise.
