Representative Text

1 Love never faileth, love will stand the test,
Love never faileth, love will give its best;
Love abideth ever, things of time shall flee.
But love will last through all eternity.

2 Love never faileth, wondrous love divine,
Love never faileth, matchless and sublime;
Gifts and pow’r shall vanish, earth shall pass away,
But love will last through Heav’n’s eternal day.

3 Love never faileth, love will keep you true,
Love never faileth, love will see you through.
Love will bear your burdens, make your journey sweet,
Bring you at last with joy your Lord to greet.
