Representative Text

1 My Lord is mine from day to day;
I walk by Jesus’ side;
Although I cannot know the way,
I always know my Guide.

Refrain:
I know, I known,
I know that He is mine;
I know, I know,
I nothing need beside.

2 Where’er I pitch my wand’ring tent,
Wherever I abide,
Tho’ life be hard, I am content
To always know my Guide. [Refrain]

3 The ways that I should follow Him
He will for me provide;
And though the light of joy grow dim,
I still can trust my Guide. [Refrain]

4 In the pavilions of His love
He doth my spirit hide;
But t’ward the heavenly gates I move
With Jesus for my Guide. [Refrain]
