Representative Text

1 Oh come to the fountain of blessing so sweet
Come and share in the joy that the blood-washed know;
The Savior will then make your cleansing complete—
Tis the place where the healing waters flow.

Refrain:
Where the beautiful healing waters flow,
The Savor is waiting His mercy to show;
His pardon and healing He waits to bestow,
Where the beautiful healing waters flow.

2 There’s peace at the fountain of blessing so sweet
While the tempests are raging and storm winds blow;
There’s healing for sorrow and rest for your feet—
At the place where the healing waters flow. [Refrain]

3 There’s love at the fountain of blessing so sweet
And its beautiful rays keep your heart aglow;
The Savior draw near His redeemed ones to greet—
At the place where the healing waters flow. [Refrain]

4 There’s cleansing from sin at the fountain so sweet
And your hearts can be whiter than driven snow;
There’s wonderful joy, and a blessed retreat—
At the place where the healing waters flow. [Refrain]
