Representative Text

1 Oh, I long to see that city
Where the streets are paved with gold;
Where the sun is ever shining,
And the Saviour’s face behold.

Refrain:
Oh, I long to be with lov’d ones,
In that happy home of rest;
And to sing His praises ever,
And be numbered with the blest.

2 We are told of a pure river,
Flowing for the thirsty soul;
Come and drink of this pure water,
Sinner, come and be made whole. [Refrain]

3 Trust in Jesus, He will save you;
Just believe on His dear name;
On the mountain in the valley
He will find you just the same. [Refrain]
