My Trust

1 Oh Lord, my life, my way,
Help me in Thee to see
Complete redemption from all sin,
And full salvation free.

2 Thy mercy to me show,
Thy grace to me impart,
And melt and change by love divine,
This hard and stony heart.

3 And then show forth in me,
Thine image all divine;
Oh, take this wandering, fainting heart
And seal it ever Thine.

4 Then guide me to the land
Of everlasting rest,
Until I reach the golden strand
And be forever blest.
