Representative Text

1 O sinner, come to Jesus,
There’s danger in delay,
He’s ready to redeem you,
And wash your sins away;
A blessed invitation
Is given to us all,
To come and seek salvation,
Accept the gracious call.

Refrain:
O hear the call, the blessed call,
‘Tis Jesus speaks, come unto me,
O hear the call, the blessed call,
While Jesus waits, He waits for thee.

2 O sinner, come to Jesus,
How can you longer stray,
When that sweet voice is calling
From darkness into day?
O blessed invitation,
He’s ready to forgive!
Then come and seek salvation,
O come, and look, and live. [Refrain]

3 O sinner, come to Jesus,
He soon may cease to strive,
His voice may cease to call you,
To trust, obey, believe;
The blessed invitation
Is yours, accept it now,
O come and seek salvation,
Low at His footstool bow. [Refrain]
