'Tis Sweet to Talk of Jesus!

Representative Text

1 O 'tis sweet to talk of Jesus,
When he makes the sinner whole,
When he graciously receives us,
And his glory fills the soul.

Chorus:
O 'tis sweet, passing sweet,
When his love our hearts control,
When he graciously receives us,
And his glory fills the soul.

2 'Tis a wondrous, wondrous story,
Often told, yet ever new;
When our hearts are full of glory,
As his loveliness we view. [Chorus]

3 We will tell the joyful story
While we journey here below;
Yes, and in our home in glory
Sing it as the ages go. [Chorus]
