Our Heavenly Home

1 O what amazing bliss
These words of Christ afford;
"I go to fit a place for you"
With angels and with God.

2 No kingly palace here,
No princely home below,
With those bright mansions can compare–
Sweet realms to which we go.

3 While through this vale of tears
On pilgrimage we roam,
'Tis hope that bring the cheering thought
We soon shall be at home.

4 There saints and angels join
in one united throng,
With harps of gold and voices sweet,
To sing triumphant song.

AMEN.
