Our Rally Day

1. Once more we greet each other here,
The message we obey,
To rally with our songs of cheer
On this our Rally Day.
Of all the places far and near,
Wherever we may roam;
There is no place to us so dear
As our sweet Sabbath home.

2. We gather once again to sing
To study read and pray;
To sound the praises of our King,
On this our Rally Day.
'Tis here we learn the precious truth
That points the way to life;
To love the Lord in days of youth,
And shun all sin and strife. [Refrain]

3. Though now we meet the change will come,
The years will speed away;
But we can ne'er forget this home,
Nor our brought Rally Day.
And when at last the Lord shall call
The roll of all his own,
Then may we rally one and all,
Around the great white throne. [Refrain]
