Representative Text

1. Pressing on the way to the land of day
In the Lord's appointed ways,
Tho' our pathway lie 'neath a stormy sky
There is only room for praise.

Chorus:
We will trust our Guide and in him confide
While our thankful songs we raise;
On the homeward way to the realms of day
There is only room for praise.

2. In the deepest grief we will find relief,
'Twill remove our sorest sting,
If we beat a song as we march along,
Giving thanks in ev'rything. [Chorus]

3. Evermore rejoice with a grateful voice
For it is our Father's will;
Let us day by day follow Christ the Way,
And his peace our hearts will fill. [Chorus]
