Representative Text

1 River and valley,
Mountains so grand,
All were in wisdom
Made by God’s hand;
Mighty sea-caverns
His pow’r hath laid—
All things in Nature
By Him were made!

Refrain:
O let us ever
Glad praises sing,
Of the Creator
Our God and King!
O let us ever
Glad praises sing,
Of the Creator
Our God and King!

2 He sends the shadows
And sunshine bright,
Glory of morning
And peace of night;
Wide plains of Heaven
Shining afar,
Speak of His wisdom
In sun and star! [Refrain]

3 Anthems of ocean,
Smile of each flow’r,
In deep devotion
Speak of God’s pow’r;
Then with each season
Let us rejoice,
Echoing praises
Of Nature’s voice. [Refrain]
