Representative Text

1 Smiles like sunbeams, light the day,
When the heart rejoices;
Walking in the King’s highway
Heeding heav’nly voices.

Refrain:
Faces bright, full of light,
Drive away the clouds of night;
Faith and pray’r lighten care,
Bring the sunshine ev’rywhere;
Bear good cheer far and near,
Breathing love from hearts sincere;
Smile and sing, for our King
Makes the joy-bells ring.

2 Love that seeks a neighbor’s good,
Sweeter makes life’s story;
Strength’ning bonds of brotherhood,
To our Father’s glory. [Refrain]

3 Haste to find the richest gain,
Passing earthly measure;
When in Jesus we obtain,
Everlasting treasure. [Refrain]
