1 Speak to me, Lord, I’m pray’rfully list’ning,
Unto my soul come blissfully near;
Lovingly, gently speak to my Spirit,
Words I am waiting, longing to hear.

Blessed Redeemer, wonderful Saviour,
Speak to Thy waiting servant again;
Praise and thanksgiving, honor and glory,

2 Kindle within me zeal and ambition,
Holy desire to labor for Thee;
Burden my soul for others’ salvation,
Give me Thy light, now clearly to see. [Refrain]

3 Speak to me, Lord, I humbly beseech Thee,
Fill me with pow’r and judgment of ways;
Give me for duty full consecration,
