Bring them all

Representative Text

1 “Suffer the little children,”
The loving Saviour said,
And placed His hands with gentle touch
Upon each childish head.
And still today
That tender call
“Bring all the children,
Bring them all.”

2 “Suffer the little children,”
The loving Saviour said,
“Forbid them not to come to me,
But smooth the way instead.”
In barren wild
Or sinful spot,
“Forbid them not,
Forbid them not.”

3 “Suffer the little children,”
The loving Saviour said,
“For with the bread of Heaven
These children must be fed.”
And still today
That tender call
“Bring all the children,
Bring them all.”
